Who am I? I am a Danish Psychologist providing therapy in Danish, English and French. I obtained my degree at the University of Copenhagen with one semester at the University of Westminster in London.
In my work as a psychologist I am also connected to the hospital of Pitié Salpêtrière in Paris.
My Philosophy: In therapy I take an integrative approach since I believe the best experience and the best outcome comes from an interaction between the therapist and the patient. I will thus draw form several different approaches and techniques in cooperation with you as a patient to meet your needs and wishes.
I aim to implement the Scandinavian health philosophy to my practise, focusing on listening, co-determination, evidence-based therapy and being up to date on new research.
All conversations are protected by patient confidentiality and I intent to create a warm and personal space entailing safety and comfort. I will receive you with interest and curiosity and with respect for your person and your values and beliefs.
What kind of clients do I see? In my clinic I welcome young adults, adults individually and couples.
Memberships: I am a member of the Danish organisations of psychologists (Dansk Psykolog Forening) Organisations: Together with two Norwegian psychologists I have founded Scandinavian Psychologist Centre Paris, where we work together to spread the scandinavian health and life philosophy.
